 just shot a little ramble into the camera for 14august2017’s video update. gonna give this day today (12august2017) a real planned shot. just gonna update all past days to have calendars filled with “dnp” (did not plan). i got to “the point” again, where i just start publishing blank posts, just to save the date. at least this time, i consistently hit the “11am” “deadline”(idk why i’m using so many “‘s and ()’s rn forgive me_) but i missed 11am yesterday and went with 11pm instead just to confuse you. but i want to find a way to make the publish time appear in military/rest-of-the-world format instead (00:00-23:59). last thing, gonna try and change my sleep cycle. start with biphasic tonight (5-6 hour “core sleep”, 1-2 hour nap midday) then slowly work my way to other alternative sleep cycles that i’m too lazy to type the names of but yeah i’ma do that… 1:25 now. gonna try and add the plan for the day and head to bed. bye for now~

just woke up. a lil mad at myself cuz i didn’t wake up at 7 or 8 but im going to make it up by at least sticking to working out as soon as i wake up. i think it goes without saying that i’ll skip the nap since i slept 7-8, maybe even 9 hours of sleep. i’m typing this on phone so it’s a lil complicated but i’ll update from computer soon

had a hella productive day actually. feelin’ really fuckin’ good. sorry for the profanities but that’s how i feel. this is actually the first time i’ve followed through with an entire one of these calendar days so yeah. mark the date of 12august2017 down with some sort of  significance i guess. the one thing i didn’t like is that i didn’t follow through i the biphasic sleep cycle like i wanted to. of course, i overslept. but i think the frustration with myself as a result of that is what fueled my productivity for the rest of the day. so who knows, maybe it was meant to be. anyways, gonna update the schedule with my ACTIONS now, since GOALS were already filled out, which is nice for once. i think i like STEPS better than ACTIONS just becuase it’s the same amount of letters as GOALS, but it doesn’t really describe what it is very well, but actions doesn’t do it any better either i guess so i’m just rambling now… whatever. i already claimed this date has some sort of significance so might as well make a change. from now, ACTIONS are STEPS. yay.

oh also i finally scheduled automatic posts from today to 21august2017. tomorrow will be posted at 1pm since it’s 13:00 and tomorrow’s the 13th. cuz i’m weird. then the rest shall continue to be posted at 11:00 (am).
